From October 1980 to September 1989, he worked as a purchaser in Horinger County Educated Youths Combined Enterprise. From October 1989 to September 1990, he worked in Inner Mongolia Civil Welfare Enterprises Corporation. From October 1990 to September 2009, he engaged in individual business operation. From September 2009 to present, he has been acting as the executive director of Inner Mongolia Zhicheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. From October 2011, he has been acting as the chairman of Inner Mongolia Zhengyuan Husbandry Co., Ltd. From September 2014 to July 2015, he worked as the vice-chairman of Huaou Company.
